I’ve got over 20 years of experience in documenting and e-learning across a wide range of computer software, hardware, and cutting-edge technologies. And as if that weren’t enough, I’ve also spent several years working in the Oil and Gas industry, where I gained expertise in the application and maintenance of downhole survey tools. Impressed yet? I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology from West Texas A&M.
